Charcoal Grilled London Broil

Railroad

Routinely Derailed
That was dinner tonight - YUMMY. It's been a long time since I cooked it, but it came out perfectly. Minimalist approach to the vegetables - canned corn and canned french-cut green beans - but I totally enjoyed the meal, as did my guest. I had A-1 sauce on the table, but didn't really need it.

London broil on the grill is one of my all time faves. Husband has it timed down to the second, and it comes out perfect every time. Once I learned how to cut them for max tenderness, it's like a no fail delicious meal. It is our go to when we have company, also. I only buy them on sale/reduced (all my meat), so it turns out to be an inexpensive meal. Glad you enjoyed your meal!

Thanks! Got enough left over for a reheat performance.
