Does anyone know what night and hours trick-or-treating is in Charles County?

My neighborhood is Sunday, right about when it turns dark.

There is a children's party at the Village Green Pavillion in Indianhead from 5-8PM on the 31st and I think trick or treating through the neighborhoods runs from sunset until 8PM on the 31st. Also as a public service the Sheriff's Office will x-ray the candy on Monday between 2 and 4 at the Court House. Here is the Sheriff's Press Release http://ccso.us/press/p102204.htm

Typically Trick-or-Treating is on Halloween night, and starts a sun-down and runs until about 8-8:30.
