A Notice of Public Hearing in the paper today (SoMdNews) has a possible Chick-Fil-A and a supermarket coming to town. Supermarket would be over 20,00sq ft., Chick would be 5,200sq ft. and a relocation of the Farmers Market in a 30,000sq ft, area. Also another 2,600sq ft of retail pad sites and 2,400sq, ft. restaurant space.

In property transfer's Fairland Markets Inc (McKays) sold the shopping center for 6.5 million to Northgate Plaza LLC
