Watched some folks but up a new sign on what was going to be the new McKay's years ago. The new sign is very detailed with 6 to 7 pad sites or parcels with how much square footage each building will have. It even has the number of parking spaces allotted for each row of parking and where even tree's will be planted. No parcel has any particular store or business to occupy any building and it doesnt look like any of the parcel's are big enough for a major grocery store, maybe big enough for a Aldi or Lidl. For info there is a phone number to call. They need to turn it over to Shasho he seems to be great at getting businesses to come down to Southern Maryland.
