NASCAR has turned into BULLCHITCAR.

Prime example. Clint Bowyer, 3rd in points was leading the race. They show him 15 seconds then they go back and show Junyer for 20 minutes. Every sentance has some reference to Junyer. Lead changes hands, a brief mention but "Look at Junyer back in 6th place running the high line" "Yea I heard Junyer had a cheeseburger before the race" "Did you know Junyer wears a size 9 shoe?" "Junyers daddy had small feet" "Junyer had his teeth ........Oh there was a lead change.....I was saying Junyer had his teeth cleaned yesterday at the dentist." "I heard Junyer flosses" We have a caution.........wow Junyer barely made it through that mess." "Yea Junyer does a good job getting through that mess." :blahblah: Effffff

Right.

I saw them showing Junyer racing for position, and was like "Yes, Go Junyer!" :jet:

Than they show a graphic displaying "Battle for 22nd" :killingme

EFF "ESPN on ABC" :lookingforpetesmiddlefingersmiley: :tantrum

Can "ESPN on ABC" fit in any more commercials?

:yeahthat: I think minute for minute, there was more commercial time than there was race time until near the end. It's not just that there were a lot of commercial breaks, but they were very long as well. Almost everytime they came back from a commercial a lead change would have taken place or a wreck/caution would have happened.

And yes, the Anthem did suck AGAIN. At least they got the words right this time.

The commercials were ridiculous. And they didn't air any of the Nextel, Tylenoil or Busweiser ads once. Most of their commercials were promoting ABC primetime. And then, they came back, gave a trivia question and then had 4 minutes more of commercials, followed by pit stops because they missed the wreck. :tantrum:

A few of ESPN's greatest hits

"Eric Amarillo" - Rusty

"John Andretti, coming off that great Talladega run, is in the wall" (He finished last at 'Dega). - Jerry Punch

"NASCAR is always consistent with their calls, man, you gotta applaud them for that" :killingme- Rusty

"David Gillyand gets a real good run off that corner man" - Rusty

"Tony Raines has been good all season long" - Dr. Punch

"Jimmie Johnson has won the last 9 races here at Lowe's Motor Speedway and is out in front in this one" - Brent Musburger

"Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is charging through the field!" - Dr. Punch after Junyer had been passed by 8 cars in the last 12 laps.

And Rusty said something about clean air every minute.

I watched the race on Television, because I hadnt gotten all my shots and couldnt afford to go mix in with all that Southern Nascar trash without them.

Thats sarcasm folks , can you imagine politicians insulting a large voter block like Nascar with that horse crap.
