Convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison on the street under mandatory supervision.
He was not paroled , but released as required by statute. WTF 30 years was required and a statute says they have to turn him loose after serving 5 or 6 of them? How many democrats in Annapolis voted for that statute. Whoever voted for it is as guilty of this woman's death as this criminal is.
