Gallagher sentenced Warren Tillery, age 46, of Atlanta, Georgia and previously of Baltimore to five years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit mail and bank fraud. Judge Gallagher also ordered Tillery to pay $166,860 in restitution to victim financial institutions.
