Chesapeake Beach / North Beach

Does anyone know what is going on in Chesapeake Beach. NB? I saw at least 9 Sherrifs Dept. cars flying up there about 10:00 or so.

First I heard domestic shooting, then I heard illegal fireworks shot from moving car, not sure, but I think they got them.........

Hope it was the latter and that no one got hurt. Certainly was hairy driving down 261 with all of the police cars heading north and no where to pull over!

It was some type of shooting, I don't believe anyone was injured. Suspect ran, they are looking for him. He did make reference on FB earlier today to a shooting tonight. Police thought they heard additional shots, turned out it was fireworks. They have not apprehended him yet, search still in progress.

We drove up to the rod and eel and there was a search heli flyin around for a few hours with the spotlight.

anybody know what happened last night???

i still havn't heard what happened... it seems to have all started at octagon... im told they are still looking for the guy that was shooting in chesapeake beach but they were chasing a guy around north beach too.
