Had this discussion with an aerospace engineer I work with the other day.
Him: I found out that the whole "illegal invasion" thing is just made up MAGA BS.
Me: So over one million people illegally entering the country doesn't count as an invasion?

Me: Customs and Border Protection (pulls up CBP website) See, over 400K this fiscal year (24) alone.
Him: Well, they are not illegals,those are asylum seekers.
Me: Really, you think there are almost 2 million people with legitimate asylum claims that managed to make it here in about 18 months?
Him: Well, no but
Me: You know that entering the country under a false asylum claim means you entered illegally?
Him: Well, yeah
