Children's Hunter available for partial lease

We have a 6-year-old mare who is a wonderful children's horse. She is well schooled, knows her leads, flying changes, etc. She is also a doll on the trail and very forgiving with the beginner rider. My son is a beginner and primarily just does w/t with her. We are looking for someone who would be interested in doing a partial on-farm lease. Ideally, someone who would keep her going over fences, cantering, flying changes, etc. She is located at Prosperity Farms in Mechanicsville. It is a lovely facility with arena, track, trails, etc. "Dotty" is a 15.1 chestnut. She is a paint/perchuron cross, but looks like a quarter horse and is very well put together. She comes from a show home and has been shown by her previous owner in Children's Hunters. Please call or email with questions.
