Did he explain why he wasted a week on a so-called "farm bill" that he didn't have Constutional authority to even do (had to be schooled by the House)?

Did he explain why the budget, due by October 1st, isn't passed yet?

Did he explain why he blames Republicans for all of his failures, yet was still able to pass "historic" legislation without a single Republican vote?


Seems he does need a few lectures, he's just too stupid to know it.
