So who's wearing the dress? It's a little ambiguous about the wearer of the dress. Is Chuck wearing the dress? Though I would never speak disparagingly of Chuck but now I have this mental image, though Chuck does pull it off and makes wearing a dress look manly.

Knowing about Chuck Norissisms may help as well but I admit that this type of humor does not appeal to everyone...though personally I think it's funny
