The farmers market in Charlotte Hall had some last Saturday, they were the smaller green ones but they were perfectly ripe.

I've read multiple articles that say to put unripened fruit in a bag with an avocado. The gasses released by the avocado promote ripening.

Or use a banana instead of the avocado.

I did too!

I had to moosh the cinnamon roll into kind of a diamond shape to get it to fit in the pear but everybody liked them.
