Circuit City is making some changes to cut costs.

The Richmond-based electronics retailer plans to close 7 superstores, a distribution center and 62 stores overseas. Over the next 6 months, it's expected the company will save up to $105-million.

Circuit City officials also say they are re-aligning some of their management.
