Citrix

Anyone know anything about Citrix? I connect to work via said Citrix, and am having issues for the first time today. Here is the message. My regular internet connect is fantastic; I switched to a different box and still having issues, but again, only on the Citrix connection.

Heading out to Panera now to see if a different connection resolves. Thanks for any insight here. Worked fine for weeks...

My Sweetest Boy
I use Citrix often. When I have a problem, the main IT office can usually adivse...can't you call your office and see if they can troubleshoot for you?

Do you need a password? Does your user ID need to be "allowed" to connect?

Yeah, IT said "it's something with your mouse". I have emailed and called and yet to hear back.

I can get into Citrix, just locks up after a few minutes and then get the error with the details button, which is what you see posted here. When I click 'ok' it boots me and I go back through the process again. :jameo:

Thanks for chiming in. I appreciate any suggestions.

Update: Just learned that IT (which is one person) is currently in a photoshoot for some tech magazine...

What browser are you using? I believe you need Netscape for it to connect properly.

Using IE. I was going through a router; so I disconnected that and am going directly into the modem with my box. Wondering if it has to do with the cable lines from the modem to the router and router to box. Or just Metrocast connection in general? I will see if I can try Netscape.
