Clarke and Rawanda...

I heard last night that the recomendation to reduce the number of UN peace keeping forces on the ground in Rawanda, force reductions that lead within days to the genocide of some 800,000 human beings, came straight from our good friend Dick.

Not being one for throwing arround accusations without being able to back them up, ahem, Richard, anyone got any links on this???

Anyone else hear this or do I just think he is a miserable piece of self serving trash and I'd believe anything about him?
