Classic with a Twist

Had some ground beef to use, so made burgers. Tried something a bit different, added tomato juice to the beef with diced onion and seasonings, and a bit of bread crumb so they weren't so soggy.

I will do this again. Moist, flavorful....

And macaroni salad. Usually put a few dashes of apple cider vinegar in it, but getting tired of that. Instead, I squeezed a half a lemon into it with diced onion, cilantro and Hellmans.
