New law… If any state in our Union blocks the official nominee of a major political party from the Presidential ballot, their electoral slate will not be counted by Congress on the following January 6th.

I would be down for a law like that.
Here's one: any city over a certain size automatically reduces the "value" of each vote cast by a certain percentage. NYC, for instance: every vote cast is only worth, say, a quarter of a vote.
If they're gonna cheat, make 'em really work for it by having to come up with even more ballots.
