Cleaning up for a great cause....

My oldest, in just a couple weeks will be 8, went out this morning picking up aluminum cans to take into school for the Habitat for Humanity can collection at her school. Not only did she do this but she managed to have a few other kids help her out as well. They did pick up a 13 gallon bag full along with another half one.

I have to remind her to tell her school she found these due to the majority of them being beer and Joose cans

Anoyone else collecting these cans for the schools?

On Monday mornings she could come out to my front yard and pick up cans. She would probably get 2 13 gallon bags full. Seems like our yard is the dumping ground for passerbys.
