i was watching RFDTV and clinton anderson is on...it was on the tie ring thing...has anyone ever used it?...i was thinking about purchasing it but its really expensive but my mare is stupid and pulls back sometimes...anyone no where i could get a cheaper one....?

elam carries the blocker tie ring, is that the same thing? i like those tie rings.

yes it's the same one. i think it runs about 20.00. I use them even in the trailer. I like them a lot.

its just like the one that clinton anderson uses?...cause i need to teach my mare how to tie again.

I use the blocker on all of our babies to break them to tie and go on the hot walker. I love it...but spend the extra few bucks to get the one with the magnet to hold it closed...it is worth it.

I ordered it online...I think at country supply, but I do believe Elam carries them and he will honor catalog pricing...

I love his tie ring.. they work well. we use them in our trailers all the time...
