Cluster Bombs

I don't know how I missed this. Gurps posted this in the Russia/Ukraine thread, but I had to do a search to see it.

So, who are you gonna believe; politicians with a vested interest in a proxy war with Russia, or a retired Green Beret and former Army Ranger with 33 years of service?

Terrance Popp isn't everyone's cup of tea, so this is not an endorsement of his channel or content.

When it comes to military matters, I'm going to take what he says on board for consideration. Especially when the subject concerns a munition that a) has such devastating affects, sometimes years later (like mines), and b) is banned by over a 100 countries VIA TREATIES.

As the Native Americans can attest, Washington has never been real big on honoring treaties.

I've noticed one thing among the signers and non-signees - the ones who haven't signed tend to be countries who have actually been engaged in wars over the last twenty years - or like South Korea, have an enemy bristling for the chance. The non-signers more or less inclide the world's nuclear powers - who have also not renounced nukes.

Are they that more inhumane than any other form of unexploded ordinance?
