Clustering for Sql Server

Is anyone using this? If so, are you using Microsoft clustering or a third party?

Advantages?

Disadvantages? or would that be Un-advantages?

The concept is there and since the servers have to share a commen RAID device, redundancy is there as well, but reliability??
