i would be if I said "white" message board...
No, no, no...in the politically correct "new speak," the key words racism, hate speech, stereotyping, and so on, no longer mean what they used to mean.
Those are now words used when the subject of those words said something that the user of those words didn't like, or agree with, but has no logical counter argument.
I'll paraphrase an example from a recent demonstration by Code Pink (and other commie bastids) in Berkley, CA, against the Marine Corps recruiting station in their precious little town:
- Illogical brain-dead protester: "The military presence promotes hatred and war!"
- Vietnam Veteran counter-protester: "Having a military ensures that you have the freedom to speak your mind in public without fear of government reprisal."
- Illogical brain-dead protester: "You're racist!"
I forget the actual conversation as it was recorded, but that was pretty much the gist of it. In other words, it was that much of a non-sequiter as it played out. But, you should get the idea.
Effectively, what were once words that accurately described reality are now used to alert others to the fact that you are the enemy and are to be silenced by any means available; that the means justify the ends, now that you are judged to be unworthy of equal status in any argument, since you are, after all, a racist, filled with hatred, and so on. You get the idea.
Gotta love liberal democrats.
