Very often I feel as if I have one of the worst co-workers in the world. It is just this one chick who is such a Biatch!!! The rest of my coworkers are really great people, more like friends and family rather than just people I work with....BUT this one chick....I keep telling myself [and others who feel the same way] that she probably is not the worst...that SOMEONE SOMEWHERE has to be more AWFUL.....but we aren't sure...what are some of your horror stories regarding people you work with???

coworker from hell complains about once or twice a week about the radio. it is too loud. the music is offensive. the music is all screaming - she can't understand a word. her headphones (so she doesn't have to listen to the radio) are giving her a headache.....and she emails the boss and a few select people to complain and get everyone all riled up...instead of just approaching it in an adult manner...e.g. "can we listen to this today?" can you turn it down a little?"

Upshot - now we all have headphones on. All 15 or so of us.

And she is the worst gossip --and she lies -- and her work is not up to standards....she is dumb. My granddaddy would call her a box oyster. She has an outer shell, but nothing inside.....

Oh yeah! Even the boss, but he tries to keep the peace. and he hates confrontations....

IMO--if everyone agrees that she is a biatch and she's making everyone's life miserable--then you all need to do something about it. I think you all should make HER life miserable and start complaining about stupid stuff to her. Just keep doing the things that she does that you find annoying--she might get the hint and stop--especially since your boss doesn't have the balls to do anything. good luck

Plus - she has been known to time how long people take in the bathroom (and follow!!! them) or at lunch.
What time you are here/ what time you leave.
She is a really bad gossip. bad in that she either outright lies or exaggerates.
I met some of her family out at the DewDrop last year. They all hate her; she complains incessantly!! Usually I try to smooth everything over but today is the last straw!

oh!!! And she wears headphones without listening to music. So she can listen to conversations in a sneaky manner. Like it even matters!! That is just how under-handed she is...I am sure I will think of more later.
