Mine yesterday hit a low of 17° and it's recording a wind chill of about 14°

So -4 *9 = -36/5 = -7 +32 = 25

I can't figure out how to change the thermostat in my car back to degrees so I have to do this calculation to figure out what my heater A/C is set to.

Turn the ignition on.
With the climate control turned on, push and hold the recirculation button in. While holding the button in, push and hold the off button in for 3 seconds or until you hear a beep.
