Color printer help

I'm using an HP inkjet color printer. My ink levels show 70% but every time I try to print something in color it comes out with only varying shades of pink/red. Anyone know what's wrong?

Oh, and I am mostly computer challenged so any easy-to-understand fixes for this would be most appreciated.

Nozzles are clogged with dried ink. Run the printer through a cleaning cycle. If that does not work, clean the nozzles with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel. If that doesn't work, get new ink cartridges unless your printer is one of the ones with separate nozzles. Then get new nozzles and new ink cartridges.

Got the same problem myself. Do the nozzles live under the cartridges? Cleaning cycle?

Yes, but beware of the Hobbits. The Hobbits control the cleaning. You must not disturb the Hobbits.

Your printer should have a maintenance utility. Look for your printer in control panel, right click on it and go to properties. Hopefully it will lead you to the nozzle check and head cleaning utility. Hope this helps! :howdy:
