Comcast problem

the subscription channels that we've had for 10 years suddenly are not working. Every time we call comcast, we get "that call cannot be completed." The live chat "technicians" are next to useless. Any thoughts?

Moved to digital and you don't have a digital adapter? Need more info about your setup to make an educated guess.
