This is all a huge waste of time and energy. Why doesn't California just issue a license to steal.
It would have to be a picture ID of course, and then they could also use it as an ID to vote.
Maybe that wouldn't work. Anyone too stupid to get a picture ID to vote would be too stupid to get a license to steal.
Maybe if they opened an hour early for thieves like they used to do for old people during Covid. Just get up a little early do the stealing and leave. That would make it a lot safer for the regular customers. Why would anyone bother with an EBT card if you had a license to steal, they could also use it for SNAP Use it at the Emergency Room or Urgent Care, Maybe even use it for free electricity and other city services.
