I can not use my LCH Commerical Crabbing License this year and was wondering what the rules are for leasing it out to someone else?
and what would be a good asking price?

Yeah, call Benedict DNR and they can tell you how. I really doubt there's much interest with the outlook on crabbing. Make sure you have named your beneficiary in case some happens suddenly. I'd take $100 and run with the outlook.
