Commissioner President Cooper of Charles County

If Commissioner President Cooper has lied about declining to give input to the PSC regarding this decision, which it seems like he has, than what other things have the Charles County citizens been mislead on? Just who is he representing? I hear a lot of Charles County people are very upset with their current board of commissioners.

I would suspect that Cooper's leadership or lack there of have had an affect on employee morale. I guess thats why they have lost 6 department heads recently.
