I'm looking for a small computer security subcontractor to conduct a one-time security test focusing solely on technical controls. Probably only 120 FTE hours total although there is a possibility for annual follow-on work (which would be similar in nature & size). I would greatly prefer a small business with audited rates that has previously done work for the federal government rather than a consultant. If you can recommend anyone in the DC metro area or are such an organization, please PM me.
