Some of my favorite uses for condiments are:
Salsa or picante sauce, pat of butter and grated cheddar cheese on a baked potato
Apricot Jelly or glaze, sweet chili sauce, chopped pecans and fresh, chopped cilantro on baked or grilled boneless chicken
Major Gray chutney on cous cous with diced dried fruits and chopped mixed nuts
Mayo and horseradish to go on a roast beef sandwich
I only need 1 style of mustard, Dijon. Mixed with a bit of honey for a spread for soft pretzels
