Methodically disorganized
Riding home Friday (or yesterday - whatever) on 301 I saw the county grasscutters mowing the medians between the N and S sides.
Then I noticed how much trash had been tossed into those grassy sections... and now it had been chopped and spread over an even wider area.
Instead of having some dudes come along to pick the stuff up before the mowing. Why not pull some of the guys from the detention center to do this job? The weather was nice enough and, obviously, picking up 1 piece would be better than 20.
Is this stupidity, or does the Charles Co. gov't. enjoy presenting a sloppy image, or is there something logical that I don't see?
