She's the best high school pitcher in the State, and she's only a junior. Their third baseman made some tremendous plays last night too. Of course, I'm partial to her. :blushing: That's my niece.

Yeah, that one hit doubled the amount of hits she gave up thru the five playoff games. From the WP -
In five playoff games, she allowed just two hits in 35 innings, struck out 73 and walked one. Two of her five victories were perfect games, and a third was a no-hitter, giving her nine no-hitters for the season. The shutout was her 14th consecutive, and 21st of the season, tying the state record she set as a freshman.

Pretty cool, 2 of the top 3 are Calvert County schools.
