Connecting to somd.com

I just spent the past two weeks in Taiwan, and for some reason I could not access somd.com. My browser would timeout with a connection error message. The interesting thing was that I had no issues connecting to either TheBayNet.com or SMNewsNet.com.

Any ideas on what may have been the problem?

We block certain parts of the world because of never ending problems. Some of the other internet gurus might be able to tell you how to get a USA-based IP for browsing when overseas.

You might also try installing the TOR browser.

If you can't get through on the first assigned IP, request a new one until you do.
