Yep, now you Conservatives have some place to go when you want to get your information without the Liberal filter of Wikipedia...

Here you will see the theory of Evolution treated like the quackery it is....

You can read about how sinful abortion causes breast cancer...

..and how dinosaurs and man co-existed.....

And the funniest part of this website is it's no joke. It's real!!!

Step right up and get yer Kool-Aid here!

I know its called Conservapedia, but based on its entries, for Evolution verses Intelligent Design (and over the top bias), Muslims (half the entry is about Muslim/Islam ties to paganism, yet no mention in the Christian entry about its pagan ties), it should be renamed to ReligiousRightapedia.

They (the religious right) dont like it, but there is a difference between them and Conservatives. Most Religious Righties are Conservative, but not all Conservatives are Religous (hopefully even you can see the difference).

:yeahthat:

I won't be going there for anything. It's silly. It took me a while to tell if it was serious, or a stupid parody site.

That said, I am already used to getting my news from fairly biased sources and wading around the loaded phrases and trite put-downs. It does tend to keep me on my toes. The only time I go to conservative sites is to read commentary from conservative columnists or to see the same news story from another angle.

There are a few popular conservative sites that are so poorly done, I know I'm gonna look stupid if I cite them, because their work is often poor and smack of yellow journalism. About the only time I go to THOSE is to figure out what some liberal schmuck is crowing about.

Wow. Did you know scientists have seen dinosaurs recently?

From links I saw on the site it was more like somebody's grandma thinks she might have seen the Loch Ness monster...again.

Hope these twits gets sued for copying Wikipedia. It's laughable.

Isn't that more than a little scary, that you can't tell if that silly faction of your political party is being serious or not? But they are serious about bending reality to their religious and political beliefs.

Look at Harry Reid statement about the Libby Verdict ( link )

Scooter Libby's verdict had nothing to do with the Whitehouse, except for the fact he worked for it. He was convicted for lying to a Grand Jury during the course of investigation. The investigation itself found that there was no crime.
It was not a crime to reveal Valerie Plame's name because she was not a covert agent (enough years had passed to lose her status). If it had been a crime, Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald could have issued an indictment of Richard Armitage on the first day of his investigation since it was Armitage who revealed her name and Fitzgerald knew it.

BUT that will not stop the Kool-Aid drinkers like Forestard (and others on here) from swallowing the party line and take it as a slap against Bush. Proving this had nothing to do with Plame but everything to do with Politics

:faint:

:eyebrow:  :bs:

Ried's PR had nothing to do with what happened ? it is so generic .....

It has been so long since the NON - Outing ......... who, beyond the Beltway, really remembers what happened ............ Or Cares ..... it will go down as reported by MSM as Bush Admin is corrupt and evil  and all Cheney's fault - egged on by Rove ( of course )
