Consignment Tack Stores

I need to refer young riders out to get gear for summer riding. Are there any consignment stores besides driving all the way to Middleburg?

Who would be interested in coming to a tack swap in Hollywood, MD?

I know Elam (Loveville Leather) will take saddles on Consignment. Not sure about other tack though... I think saddles are the only thing he consigns. He normally has a good selection of used and new saddles.
