Depending on what happened or what he thinks he saw, maybe he thought the girl was hiding/destroying evidence ( drugs ) in her mouth. I have been on plenty of TS where I didn't notice, or pretended not to notice the baggies of crack in the supsects mouth, until they weren't paying attention, and then I choke slammed them to the ground to retrieve them. Anything is possible. I am not saying she deserved that, but unless you are a po-po, I would leave the coppin-it job, to the cops............
