Coroner: Removing man's organs was homicide

This is shocking, but seems he was declared brain dead 2 times prior to the removal, though the coronor says that it wasn't up to accepted medical standard. Kind of scary.

Initially I thought it was a suicide, but the article doesn't go into details about that. Could have shot himself accidentally. :shrug:.

This is true. But still even if procedure wasn't followed to the "T" he was pronounced brain dead by two hospitals. Chances are that he was brain dead. I just look at it from a personal perspective; if two hospitals say I'm brain dead take whatever you can use cause if I'm that bad off I don't even want to try to come back.
