There's been nothing about that coming through Planning & Zoning so I would say, don't hold your breath.

I doubt it. They are quite conservative on where they locate new stores. X hundred thousand customers with Y spending power within Z miles. You notice they put their store in Brandywine as it covers both the population center in Waldorf and a good swath of PG. I just dont see that there is enough of a market in St Marys for Costco to be interested.
Sams Club shares some logistics with Walmart, their threshold to put a wholesale store somewhere is lower.

I'd heard that shoppers was going to change to a Costco. It would kind of fit in with everything else built in this county, half sized and a bit off.

I agree , there is a better chance of a Sam's club or a BJ's before a Costco.
