Ok. I did that. Hopefully it'll work. Thanks.

If it continues you might want to get it checked out by a doctor. That was how I found out my kids had asthma (not meant to scare you, just what was causing a dry night only cough with my kids).
That was my suggestion...is she in a crib or bed? If she comes off of the pillows, you may want to stick something under the mattress to lift up her head.
My mom always used Vicks and I did that with mine and they still like it. Rub Vicks on her chest and put a wash cloth over it and a t-shirt or something under her pjs. Make sure you wash it off in the morning.
Thank you Rose! It has definitely slowed down a bunch!
She's in a bed. I tucked her in pretty well so I don't think she'll come off the pillows. I put some Vick's on her also.
Put some vicks on her feet & put some socks on her !

They also have vapor patches now that stick to your nightgown/shirt, if you don't want to mess w/ the goo from the Vick's jar. The Vick's on the feet covered by socks worked for me and the kid when we were sick. I also had the vapor patch on, easier to breathe smelling the menthol all nite.
Good luck, hope she's feeling better!
