crab recipies

Just wondering while were on the subject of crab recipes if anyone knows what the crab dish you get at the buffets are. Its sorta like crab in a cream cheese sauce or something. Yums and Hong Kong in Waldorf has it. My kids say it melts in their mouth.
Any ideas?

Thanks, all. I whipped me up some yum yum crabcakes last night with your help. They smelled so good but I wasnt hungry so I froze them to be eaten at a later date. They sure smelled and looked so good. Thanks to all who helped with recipes.

I used green onions and bread crumbs and 1 egg. I didnt have any dry mustard and I dont like old bay. Just a little salt and pepper. They turned out so golden brown and like I said, they smelled delish. thanks again. I had no idea.
