Pink Heat of Relay For Life will be sponsoring a Craft and Vendor Fair fundraiser on Sunday, November 4th from 10am till 3pm (set up begins at 9am) at the Mechanicsville Moose Family Center Lodge #495 located at 27636 Mechanicsville Rd, Mechanicsville, MD 20659. We ask that the vendors please stay until 3pm.
100% of the proceeds go directly to American Cancer Society via Relay For Life. Relay For Life is a life-changing event that helps communities across the globe celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.
If you are interested in renting a table and or space, please complete the attached application and return it with a check or money order in the amount of $20.00 per space by October 24th 2012. The fee is non-refundable. There will be a $25.00 returned check fee for all returned checks. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR TELEPHONE CONFIRMATION STATING THAT I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION AND PAYMENT, PLEASE CALL ME, DO NOT SHOW UP AS YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SPACE.
Please be very explicit on the application about the types of crafts or products you will be offering. We have vendors who are allergic to scented products and must place their tables accordingly and if you have special needs, please be sure and make a note of such on your application. We will have 8’ rectangular tables, and they will be assigned based on special needs and then by the post mark date of application. Should you prefer to bring your own tables, you will be assigned a space with the same dimensions as if you were renting tables and charged $15.00 for each space. We will only be accepting one representative for Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, Longaberger, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef and/or other home sales companies. So get those applications in early!! Should your application not be accepted we will return your check and notify you as soon as possible. To make this fair for all participants, we strictly adhere to postmark dates/times received.
