Where do they find these people. They get the privlege of singing our National Anthem and they either can't hold a tune or they don't know the words. Maybe they need an entrance exam for everyone that is going to sing solo.

Nope, didn't see it. I watched the end of the qualifying and the kickoff of the race and then had to cut the grass. Got back in just as they were wraping up.

Yep...just like that. I thought I heard it wrong to begin with, so skipped backward on the Tivo and listened a couple of times and sure enough the lips and the voice agreed. Maybe it was just a case of the nerves or maybe ignorance.

I notice that Nextel races get top rock and country stars singing for most of the races. The truck race had a National Park employee.
