drunk driver hit a woman. She's the daughter of one of the ladies in the cafeteria here. Critical condition in Bait. Shock trauma

I talked to my dad this morning, he is good friends with the boyfriends/husband (not sure if they are married or not??) parents. He said she is in bad shape, it doesn't look very good. He also mentioned he guy was high as well??

She is a friend of mine. Tell Connie that I am praying for Bambi. Do you know why she is in critical condition? Someone said internal bleeding.

I read an investigation a few weeks ago about a drunk driver who hit 3 girls (I want to say they were in their early 20's) and all 3 died and I burst out in TEARS.

I have never been so overwhelmed with emotions like that before, but to read the parent's words, sister's words, etc…. as to how this tragedy has affected their lives really took hold of me.

The sad part is that vehicular homicide doesn’t carry the same sentences as just a homicide. :boo:

Yea. I agree with that.

I think my friend is OK. At least I think she is going to live.

I hope the drunk guy goes away for a good long time, but the Fritz will probably give him a slap on the wrist and send him on his way.
Someone said she was in surgery for 7 hours. I think she had a lot of broken bones.
