Crazy Accident on 4

Did anyone see the accident this afternoon on SB 4 just south of Dunkirk? Looked like an SUV. It somehow left the road went up a steep hill, crashed into a parked car in a parking lot and ended up on its side in the parking lot. No idea if anyone is hurt but it looked bad; and strange.

It was leaking gas.

It must've just happened before I went by (around 2:20). The right lane wasn't closed.

generalizing. could even been a mechanical cause, loss of steering
