Does it need to be refrigerated? Seems like common sense to keep it in the fridge, but you see carrot cakes kept out all the time. :shrug:

I'd say yes. Maybe not if it's the canned frosting because that probably has all kinds of preservatives in it. But if you make it from scratch I'd keep it in the fridge. Cold cake is the best anyways. :smile:

I made it from scratch on Sunday. I didn't even think about it, and I just ate a piece. :eyebrow: Hopefully it's not bad.
