That childs abductor is out there somewhere.... Lurking.... There is no telling how many other children have been taken by this person or persons, or why, or what's happened to them....
It's also unnerving that this happened 24 years ago.

Am I missing something here??
If he wanted to say it, why not say it? Write a note on the back of one photo, or something. The act of leaving the photos with no note, other evidence or other contact is perplexing. I am inclined this was done by the captor as some kind of tease. Whoever did this enjoyed having the kids under their control and hanging on their next move; simultaneously, they are controlling the parents by association. She can only hope the next contact does not take many years.meangirl said:He seemed to be afraid for his family when he contacted her before so maybe he is just trying to say...hey I'm alive.

There was no "visit"; it was "contact", most likely by phone. He must have been intensely scared to not even take a chance to relay his location, to get out of there. She told authorities he briefly contacted her in 1997 but feared for his life and declined to give details about where he was.
