But ALL of mine would easily be considered justifiable homicide.

But back to the topic at hand. I have never been arrested, thrown in jail etc.. I would just be mortified. What is the mindset that makes one not really care about any of that?

The fear of jail time prevents me from killing someone. If not for that fear, I'd be killing people all damn day long.

You want a simple answer and it isn't going to happen. They have doctors who study this and really are no closer to having the right answer or any clear cut answer.

I think alot of people grow up not learning how to respect themselves. If they can't respect themselves - how are they going to respect others...??? They just don't care :shrug:

1. No respect for themselves, other people or their property
2. Grew up with no parental authority or too much parental authority
3. Grew up in an area where fighting/killing/murdering was the norm
4. Believes everyone owes them something
5. They were abused – physically, mentally, whatever
6. They were on drugs at the time of the crime


I could go on and on, but my ADD just kicked in.
