Norwegian Study Will Determine if White Paint Is Racist​

The University of Bergen in Norway is very concerned about this matter. It seems this is the issue of our day. The scourge of our times. Climate change be dammed! Picket fences, hospital walls, and eaves across the world are now the harbingers of white supremacy. The problem stems from a Norwegian scientific development called TiO2. This was developed by two Norwegian chemists and led to the creation of the first, non-toxic, pure-white paint called titanium white. This is now a bad thing, and the title of the study is “‘How Norway Made the World Whiter’ (NorWhite).” I kid you not:

Whiteness is one of today’s key societal and political concerns. Within and beyond academia worldwide, actions of revolt and regret seek to cope with our racial past. In the pivotal works in whiteness studies within art and architecture history, whiteness is understood as cultural and visual structures of privilege. The new research project, funded by the Research Council of Norway, addresses, however, a distinctively different battleground for politics of whiteness in art and architecture.

As part of the confessional, the study will show Norway’s role in “establishing white as a superior color.” As to the study, there is a load of academic doublespeak that usually comes with these things, but the takeaway is that the brains behind the effort want to determine the link between whiteness, technological innovation, and resource exploitation. Resource exploitation? That’s asking a little much of a gallon of interior latex gloss, don’tcha think? Researchers will also waste time and money investigating titanium white through a historic and critical lens to determine its effect on art, architecture, and other things. I guess we can give the University of Bergen a break. Norway is a little late to the CRT party, and all of the good topics have probably been taken.

On one hand, it’s kind of comforting to think that universities overseas are as mindless, agenda-driven, and unbalanced as our own — comforting in an “It’s a Small World” kind of way. On the other hand, it is depressing to think that universities overseas are as mindless, agenda-driven, and unbalanced as our own. But as the old saying goes, “Go Woke, get a Ph.D.”

Norway, the country that helped give us Vikings and an elite unit of commandos on skis that kept the Nazis from developing an atomic bomb, is now being reduced to a cadre of simpering, petty fussbudgets, fretting about “racist” paint.

Christopher Rufo is dogged at his causes, like keeping critical race theory and academic queer theory out of public schools. He also keeps the media on its toes, not letting errors slip by casually and just shrugging it off. As Twitchy reported, Rufo posted a thread the other day about Florida State University’s radical diversity, equity, and inclusion program, which uses the “matrix of oppression” to show how American oppressors have created a society of “racism, classism, religious oppression, sexism, heterosexism, gender oppression, ableism, [and] xenophobia.”

Disproving the claim that CRT is “only taught in law school,” Rufo looked into FSU’s Critical Race Theory course, featuring readings like “Whiteness as Pathological Narcissism.”

In 1923, an Indian American man named Bhagat Singh Thind argued before the U.S. Supreme Court that he was a white man and was therefore eligible to become a naturalized citizen. He based his claim on the fact that he was a member of India's highest caste and identified as an Aryan and therefore white. His claims were supported by the so-called Indo-European language theory, a controversial idea that says nearly half the world's population speak a language that originated in one place. Theories about who lived in that place inspired a racist ideology that contended that the original speakers of the language were a white supreme race that colonized Europe and Asia thousands of years ago. This was used by many to define whiteness and eventually led to one of the most horrific events in history. Systemic Racism Is Driving Animals Out Of ‘Deprived’ Areas, Woke Biologists Claim​

The lead of the Daily Mail said it all: “Scientists claim that there are fewer wild animals in neighborhoods where mostly people of color live — and their absence is affecting residents’ mental health.”

Let’s pause just there. Uh, “people of color” often live in cities, and cities often have fewer animals than, say, rural areas, where, you know, “people of color” also live.

But what’s a woke biologist to do? In the endless quest to find racism everywhere (and let’s be clear, racism exists all across the world), biologists have turned to the animal world.

A new study titled “Systemic Racism Alters Wildlife Genetic Diversity” claims to have found that neighborhood that were mandated to be segregated for minorities by the government are still suffering.

White Guilt and Black Fear​

The main thrust of these programs is to persuade folks to believe that America is an irredeemably racist nation made up of white oppressors and nonwhite oppressed groups. The situation can only be rectified by employing programs and policies that discriminate against white Americans ostensibly to help black and brown people get ahead.

Ann Gleig, an associate professor of religion and cultural studies told white students to start “waking up to whiteness and white privilege” and urged them to “educate [themselves] on systemic racism and white supremacy.” She even went so far as to suggest that they “commit to having difficult conversations with white family and friends about systemic racism.”

In a move that would make Bull Connor proud, she also exhorted white students to participate in “affinity groups” that are segregated by race, meaning she wants them to attend groups of other white students to talk about racism and stuff.

Another professor, named S. Kent Butler, who serves as the university’s chief diversity officer, promoted the narrative that racial minorities supposedly live in a constant state of fear and exhaustion every single day. It is the type of hysterical claptrap LeBron James spews whenever anything negative happens to a black person.

“Leaving the house is an action that may seem ordinary for some, but for individuals who deal with regular hatred and judgment . . . we live with anxiety and fear about walking into unwelcoming spaces,” Butler wrote in an article.

During an interview with the school’s newspaper, he also asserted that it is white people who must solve these problems. “Racism comes from slavery, from when they used to have [Black] people swinging from trees,” he said. “White people have to come to the forefront and stop the systemic system that’s been put into play by white people.”

These two professors illustrate perfectly how the authoritarian left gets people on board with their ideology. They use white guilt and black fear to manipulate people into believing in their oppressor/oppressed defines America as a nation.

White people denying that they’re racist is literal violence because all white people are racist

Just replace the word white with black and it comes closer to the truth.

Not the truth , but closer.

White people are not near as racist as blacks. Most white people do not even think of race until it is brought up by others, whereas everything that happens to blacks is racial.
Don't believe me? Just listen up. Pay attention. What is CRT really about. It's about convincing blacks that they have been put upon while trying to convince white people that they are responsible for everything bad that ever happened to blacks.

Black Panther communist Angela Davis - who teaches that U.S. was built by racist colonizers - faces calls to pay reparations after genealogy show reveals her white puritan ancestor arrived in America on the Mayflower​

A famed Black Panther who's also a communist has faced calls to pay reparations after discovering her ancestors were white puritans who arrived in the US on the Mayflower.

Angela Davis, 79, was flabbergasted to discover both sides of her family were white, and that her mom's ancestors were slave owners, on PBS show Finding Your Roots.

And the stunning revelations sparked calls for the famously woke Marxist University of California professor to herself pay reparations, having previously called on whites to pony-up in the past.

Sharing a tweet about the show, conservative pundit Matt Walsh wrote: 'It gets better. She's also descended from a slave owner. On her father's side is a pilgrim. On her mother's side is a slave owner. Looks like Angela Davis owes some reparations.'

Another Twitter user called AK Kamara wrote: 'Angela Davis, the radical Marxist and former black panther, recently discovered she is also the ancestor of colonizers and slave owners. I guess she owes herself reparations. This timeline is hilarious.'

Don't know why Angela Davis was flabber gasted at her ancestry. There are thousands of American blacks who have some white somewhere in their past.
Remember when they used to say if a person had 1% black blood they were Negro? Now maybe they should say if they have 1% white blood they are white.

My friend Lewis, a Philly native, is one of the Brownest people I know.
When I met him in the late 80's, he would talk about his partial Irish, Sicilian and Arab ancestry.
Also, about how certain of his ancestors were slave traders.

I found out last year that one of my 8th great grandmothers was born in the Kingdom of Mali, west Africa.
Her husband was a Spanish sailor. One of their grandsons emigrated to Italy.

Tis why I tell folks that the peopling of the planet is more complex than some would have it.
